How I can help
You want to feel better — you want things to change. I can help you understand your emotions, work through communication difficulties, process identity development, increase your emotional regulation skills, improve your relationships, make sense of your family of origin, and more.
I give honest feedback with warmth and humor, and will hold you accountable in a safe and supportive space. I pay attention to your social and family systems, past and present, to help you create the change you want in your life, your work, your partnerships, and beyond.
Communication skills
Most people long to feel understood. Update the way you approach self-expression, and how you process listening to others.
Emotional literacy
Sometimes it feels like our feelings are too much to handle, or mysterious and strange. Using your body, you’ll begin a process of discovery toward security.
Identity development
All of your various selves reveal a whole person, who may be part of a couple or family, that is a work in progress. Let’s map them out.
Relationship growth
Whether you are looking to repair a rupture in trust, strengthen an existing partnership, or make plans for the future, we can set goals to get where you’re going.
Family of origin
Everyone comes from an interconnected system of people, stretching back generations. Patterns can be identified, and insight may emerge from there.
Work-life balance
It can be a struggle to give the right amount of time and energy to both your career and personal life. With care, you can set boundaries.
